I purchased a top from Little Box in size XL but it’s not even fitting someone who is a size M. Later, I visited their website and found out that they only offer exchanges and not refunds. After opening a ticket, I received a computer-generated response 24 hours later, which basically said the same thing as the website. I replied to the message, but did not receive any further response.
