Adani guy came for maintenance today afternoon around 3 or 3:30 pm, he did some maintenance and since then i don’t have electricity in my house, we waited for some time and at 7:26 pm i called adani customer care on 19122 and raise a complaint then adani technician checked and said your meter is on and working so there is no fault from there side and left but after they have gone i have checked it carefully i found out that the guy who came afternoon he did mistake that he has connected another guys wire in my meter (meter no 8986297) now that guy is using my electricity and i have no electricity. i called again on 19122 and explained everything and told if you guys don’t resolve my issue i will go to police station and i went to police station after long wait but police guys replied that they unable to help. we also called customer care from police station and police himself explained the issue to customer care but now it is 11:10 pm i am still waiting for technician. i have two small kids and my mother is very old. how to sleep without electricity whole night if they dont come ?
