Two dishtv connections in my house are dysfunctional since 3rd of this May. I have raised two requests regarding the same on 11th of this May. Ticket numbers are 493142677 & 493143538.
I am having a harrowing time dealing with dishTV costumer service representatives who have been promising me asap resolution without any real intent to follow up on the issue. Their cliche remarks and false promises are now not only harassment but are also blatant violation of basic tenets of customer rights. As per their guidelines, I should have got a resolution in 96hrs but even after 14 days of raising my concern there hasn’t been any progress on this matter. I have been charged for Non- Service. All I hear everyday is that it will be done in next 24 hrs. The goal post shifts every day and there is no change in status.
Please consider my case help me get a resolution.
