I have placed order No.Order ID – OD328715688368554100 on dated 25/07/23 of Thomson FA Series 100 cm (40 inch) Full HD LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Digital Plus & Android 11 (40RT1033)

I have paid the total payment through my credit card at the time of order booking.
Committed delivery date was of the same 05/08/23, bit not delivered and when I connect to CC they informed may be deliver upto 08/08/23 after that it is 10/08/23, today 09/08/23 again see the status now it is 13/08/23.
There is no proper update.
Wrong Status updated on the system on 31/07/23 that they called me on 31/07/23 but actually I have not received any call/message/email etc in this regard.
I have sent 2-3 emails on their app regarding the delivery as well for compensation, but till now no proper reply about the delivery date and the compensation.
M totally frustrated now and don’t understand what to do.
Request to please intervene into the matter on most priority basis and arrange the delivery of my order and also arrange the compensation for no delivery, mental harassment, wrong information and wrong commitment, time wastage, wrong information update at their system etc.
