I had made a purchase of an Interior décor item from Lotus basket mall online in the month of March 2021. Neither i got any confirmation SMS from the retailer about the purchase nor they are responding to my mails.
I want a strict action against such kind of non committed people or retailers involved in these kind of frauds.
