Text of Complaint by Supriya Kher:

Anutamaya official on Instagram publishes itself as a slow fashion account. When I approached them regarding a pant and shirt set, I was guided well about size, fabric and colours. Then I placed my order on 9th June 2023, showed them the payment screenshot.
After few days I asked about the status on 18th June and received a reply that my order is shipped. When I ordered them ,i asked them to take a picture of my order before shipping as I had ordered it in a colour different from what was advertised. They told me that they did not take a picture of it before shipping.
I asked them for tracking details of my order but haven’t received any till 4th July despite reminding them multiple times.
They are posting new stories and advertising new products everyday but not responding to my messages regarding my order at all since 18th June.
