I ordered a Blanket Set vide Order no. 6283712603 dated 15/10/2018 making full payment of item as the company date of delivery was 21/10/2018 & i needed item on 23/10/2018 but till date no attempt of delivery is made . I checked myself with seller that Item is packed but i am not allowed to take it personally . What sort of mess is this ?? if u cant make delivery then allow customer to collect on its own as my money is stuck with you & i cant make a fresh purchase as the i dont have money left with me. Paytm is getting lethargic as i have made full payment & they care about cash on delivery orders only.
