I Have ordered a Choco Lava from Lapinoz via ONDC Paytm service. After 60-90 mins I didn’t received the order. I called the delivery partner and he said that he was unable to find the address to he cancelled the order and returned it back to the outlet. I called the outlet but they refused to give any refund. The outlet is located in Vile Parle West, Mumbai,India, the person I contacted in the outlet was named Rahul. Neither of them helped, and at the end neither I got the order not the refund.
