I had placed an order worth rs 1527/ for plants on 30 September 2022 with a delivery promise maximum 13 October. I have not received my orders yet . Thier online tracking system says ready for shipping till today ( 19 th October ) . You cannot reach them over phone as they don’t provide . I raised complaint ticket many times via their portal but you will bet the same automated message every time that someone will get in touch in 24 hours and then again a auto mail saying it will get resolved in 2/3 days time . They will never touch base with you. They have an online chat service and cannot get their response at all and I tried their what app help and again an automatic message will up asking to mail them ! Worst kind of customer support I have ever experience and I feel they are not a serious business firm.
