Dear Sir/Madam,
We had booked a ticket for Chennai-Bangalore-Bhopal for travel on 5th Apr 2020 in Indigo via MMT Booking ID – NF29133267609200 airline PNR:DQH7RB. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic the flight was cancelled by airline and a credit shell was provided by the airline for use till 31st March 2020. The credit shell amount was Rs. 10,000/-. In October beginning when I wanted to utilize the credit shell amount I came to know that the new booking had to be done only via MMT portal and cannot be done at Indigo Site. When i visited the MMT Portal i didn’t see any credit shell amount in MMT profile and then i raised a claim. Against this claim in the portal a credit amount of Rs. 10,000/- against the PNR was released and was reflecting. I used this to book a ticket for Chennai-Coimbatore for travel on 18th Oct for Amount Rs. 4740/- and this was adjusted from the credit shell amount. However to my surprise the balance amount of Rs. 5260/- has not been released by MMT and despite numerous time raising refund request in the portal there is no response. No way to contact any person in MMT. I was forced to use book return on myself (My money) rather than using the credit shell amount as MMT is not releasing it. Attached are the proof. Kindly look into the same and help if possible.
