I have booked 2 tickets from makemytrip and used no cost emi option offered by makemytrip for icici bank cards. As per their website, cashback is given by makemytrip for the interest charged by bank. I have not received any cashback and if I call customer care, they keep telling me that you will get a call back from supervisor. No one has called me since last 4 days.
What is the use of selecting no cost emi if I have to pay 12, 000 Rs additional interest? I have used the coupon MMTICICIEMIINT for INR5000 discount as well. As per the link: https://www.icicibank.com/offers/makemytrip-emi-offer.page
I should be getting Discount PLUS No Cost emi. They have given me discount but charging 12000Rs interest. What is the use of giving 5000 if you are taking 12000 back?? This is looting.
Your website says: “ The discount under No Cost EMI on credit card payment option is being offered exclusively by MMT and does not amount to EMI/interest waiver extended by the bank.“
Makemytrip please resolve this issue asap.
