I bought a used samsung m51 mobile phone on 13th june night the phone was underGone a network issue that i thought it was sim card issue and i have changed from airtel to network which took me 6days and finally I found that the phone having problem, when I taking it to the shopon july 1st , they bought my phone for service, after more than one week, when I ask to the shop keeper they told me to ask to owner and the owner behaving as only selling is their part of shop, careless and when I asked to exchange the mobile, behaving rude to costumers ignoring calls after I gave the mobile for service, still not got my mobile. They are still not serviced the mobile neither have not accept to any exchange.
