I had been an existing Jio Airfiber customer for more than a year. Recently, I changed house and raised a relocation request for Jio Airfiber. They collected the router and settop box around 1st May 2025 disconnecting my old connection.
They had scheduled my installation on 6th may 2025. But, still date nothing has been done. The twitter account has not been helpful. The email support is not useful. You cannot even contact the customer care since they disconnect the call saying your service request is in progress and will be resolved shortly.
