Text of Complaint by Shaikh Nasir:

I have bought one Wizpad G21 Plus Tablet online on 03.10.2020 through BookmyTab.com, by paying online with discounted price of Rs.3499/-. Nothing is heard from the seller nor any message or mail received about this purchase. Order ID has also not been provided and neither any confirmation is received nor date of delivery. When try to send mail on mail address given on the site of bookmytab, the same is not delivered. Nobody is picking up phone. On one number Mr. Amit Kumar has picked up the call but instead of helping me out , he told me to download Quick Support App which I did not do thinking it unsafe
Please look into this and give me reply urgently.
