I have booked a smart watch in the morning hours of 27th oct 2020 10.28 am

I have made a payment of 1949 through paytm

I got a message confirming the order but didnt get the email confirming the same

The customer care no. Is coming switched off

Nor have I been given a tentative date for the delivery of my product
