I have not received an order for which I had paid online, while the delivery status shows delivered. I have been calling meesho customer care since one and a half week now. Every time they say system is not working, they do not register my complaint and moreover cut the phone before providing and resolution. I want my refund immediately and action needs to be taken against these thieves.
