Text of Complaint by Oshin Tiwari:

This was the last month when i had ordered pastries from Swiggy. But, those pastries turned out to be sour as they were stale and were having fungus on them. In the same day, I contracted Swiggy help desk, they didn’t heard or neither resolved my issue on the same day. Laterly, on the very next day i wrote hundreds of messages to their team and also on twitter. They provided me Coupon of 66 INR whereas my order was of 131 INR. I requested them to provide me refund as that coupon was of no use as that coupon couldn’t be used with other coupon. Because, we generally use discount coupons to place order, but provided coupon isn’t being useful as it is costing higher than usual orders. I got call from Mr. Marvel among their team he promised me to give me refund within one month and he will contact me also. But, even after more than one month i didn’t got any call and none of their team members are escalating my concern to Mr. Marvel. I am completely fed off now! It’s not about 131 INR but all my efforts and time got wasted. Even now i have not got any help. Been more than 3 hours in chatting but none of team member has passed my concern to concerned officer. Completely fed off from explaining same issues to each individual of team.
