I, Khan Mohammad Asfahan, had raised a complaint regarding the product, lenovo ideapad d330 (OD222070046357105000), on 19th of june 2021. The keyboard of the mentioned product was not functional, so I tried to lodge a complaint on the delivery date(18th June) itself but I was diverted to a Lenovo help center no. (180030007678) Twice which did not exist. Your staff seems to be confused, half of them are telling me to call at Lenovo help center and the other are telling to hold up and they cut the call after saying so and then no calling back whatsoever, this has happened with 3 to 4 times. Your staff kept telling me that the issue would be resolved but failed to give me a satisfactory answer. My raised issue was marked resolved without actually resolving the issue. This too has happened twice.Also your staff told me about an email they’ve sent while there was none received by me. In the past week since I’ve received this product I’m constantly contacting your team yet your team seems all barks and no bite. I wanted a replacement of the mentioned product because I really liked it and also I trusted Flipkart but the past week has been really frustrating and I’ve been harassed by your staff. A technician from your co. Was supposed to come yesterday 26th June 2021 but has not arrived yet. When I called your help center today to enquire about the same, the guy simply just disconnects my call. I request you to please give me a quick redressal to my complaint and I assure you that this would be our last transaction and I would warn the people around me about this incident.
