Hello I have booked packers and movers from no broker on 27th March 2023 and I booked slot for 1st April 2023 morning 9 AM slot for shifting as same has been confirmed by tathagat shifting manager on call and I have paid 1002 amount as token and they have confirmed booking .now since I did get any service partner details I continuously takin follow on 30 and 31 March 2023 they just said you will get details by EOD and on 31 March last minute near about 8:30 pm when is again taking follow up they cancelled my booking as slot not available.but when they taking bookings on 27 they confirm same by checking in there system and booked the slot. Now since morning I have looking for packers and movers but as it’s last minute booking they are asking for higher rate 10000 rs for shifting same day how can I manage the paying higher amount it’s my financial loss as well as frustrated with this behaviour and service by no broker please help with me the raise issue and pay the amount from no broker as my loss due to last minute booking cancelled.
