I had purchased “tenant relaxed plan” of no broker for searching home on rent. I have just finalised one property & the relationship manager asked me to pay the owner token amount. I did so but the agreement is still pending. The relationship manager didnt informed us that he will on his own expire our plan. The plan validity was till 12th of march 2024 & we still had 30+ contacts to get. But the relationship manager didnt informed us that the plan will be expired as soon as we pay token amount. Also the amount was directly paid to the owner today (12th feb,2024 ) and not via no broker link. No broker didnt informed us that they will expire our plan without any initimation. It is nowhere written the email which we received stating the terms & conditions & of relaxed tenant asist plan.
Please note that the owner is not at fault over here. It is the nobroker team which is at fault.
