Hi, I have made purchase for getting tenant in 2 months. If they can’t find the tenant or if I find my own tenant they will refund. I found the tenant and when enquired they are saying that that tenant is from no broker. I have been given no proof and also even if that tenant was there they have not finalised the tenant. The tenant came thru my friend. This is real Cheating and when spoken to them they are giving reasons that the amount I told for advance is wrong which doesn’t make any sense. Request to file a complaint and get back my money.
