due to no booking confirmation while after payment payment and didn’t received any msg or didn’t shown in my bookings; so I did booked another but after visiting the hotel i come to know that both the transactions got booked; so I tried customer care for about 45 mins; no response at all. in search of cancellation and refund it’s got cancelled unfortunately and only rs.79 refund shown for rs.1501 booking amount; regarding this I am tried to discuss with customer care they are not helping me at all.
