Text of Complaint by A J JHON:

I have been a TATA POWER consumer for last 18-10 years an I have paid all bills on time from last 2 months I am not receiving any bills (nor in physical or e bill) from TATA POWER Mumbai
TATA POWER has send a notice for short payment of Rs.9606.00 otherwise they will cut our electricity line.
when we contacted customer care they told you first pay the bill then we will see to it so we paid the amount on 10th Feb’23.
In the month of Jan we were not there at home for 10 days and no Air condition were used as it is winter climate.
TATA POWER website has no option to download EBILL and the only thing that works on the website is the Payment gateway.
