Text of Complaint by Suhas Desai:

I have been a TATA POWER consumer for last 15+ years and I have paid all bills on time.
+ Last 6 months i’m not receiving any bills (nor in physical form nor in email) from TATA POWER (mumbai)
+ I have paid all bills on time and i have history of timely payment.
+ Tata Power has the audacity to send me threatening notice for short payment of INR 2,115/-
+ TATA POWER website has no option to download EBILL and the only thing that works on the website is the “payment gateway”
