I work in Punjab. I have a Vodafone prepaid sim. Today when I came to jammu, I saw my mobile showing no signals. When I went to Vodafone store (m/s shiv communication opp Rama road talab tillo jammu) the lady there told me that the sim is defective. I don’t know why everytime I come.to jammu, I have to face the same issue.
Now when she issued me a new sim, she charged me Rs 70 without any bill. What is this. For what purpose you are charging the money?
