Respected sir,my name is rohit kumar ,old order id :- OD126100878463925000 this was cancelled due to wish master new order id :-OD126138021509926000 Even after complaining many times about my issue i didnt get any solution .this is my worst experience with flipkart i will never buy any product from this app .due to wish master my order got cancelled .on first delivery attempt he called me nd said me he forgot to bring my product, second day i was unable to contact him, third day i called him nd asked would i get my product today? he said yes you will get after 5 pm on 29 sep 2022, when I called him after 5 pm he refused to deliver my product when I asked him why, he misbehaved with me nd used rude language nd cutted my call ,from the first day I complained many times to flipkart customer care but no action was taken against him,my order got cancelled due to wish master .i i called customer care nd they said place a fresh order again nd assured that this will not happened with me next time ,so I placed order again second time but ,same thing happening with me again ,showing me message out for delivery nd wish master calls me ask my address nd didn’t come to deliver my product nd after calling him back I cant be able to contact him ,today also it happened with me showing undelivered without any delivery attempt done by wish master .since 5 times he showed my product undelivered ,when i called wish master he was very rude in behaviour.after complaining against wish master about his behaviour nd he showing my product undelivered without any delivery attempt no action taken against him till now, my experience about flipkart customers care service was so worst because they are not helping me in any way to get my product delivered .so I kindly request you flikart to take strict legal action against him so that he can’t do same mistake again nd again.and after so many complain against this incident to flipkart customer service they don’t able to resolve it nd my product remained undelivered till now.
