Dear sir
My mobile no 8336977046 operator vodfone.I recharge those no Rs 95/-date on 06/11/2018 time 8;51 through paytm wallet .Recharge successful and i get full talk time .few day after suddenly 8/11/2018 Rs 49/- deducted no any reason i call the customer care but no body hearing my problem .my rest Rs26 /- also deducted 11/11/2018.my mobile is simple i only used for calling purpose i can not used other internet or paid service. Because my mobile is 2G gsm set karbon k11 model.i request their customer service please refund my deducted amount no body hearing my request .Instead of more rest mony deducted . at last i complain hear for some help for me .i hope you must be help me and punishment for those fraud company .
