tomorrow my airtel no. 9810596432 & 9810612293 of my daughter is going to stop working as they have converted from post paid to prepaid on 06.10.2019. so i went to airtel store in my locality (Kamla/Shakti/Roop Nagar, New Delhi, 110007 )for the solution they said that your both number has not been converted to prepaid and we have no information about the numbers and when I asked at 121 for both prepaid and post paid they usually transferred from post paid section to prepaid section till the night 9.30 pm on 01.11.2019 but no problem is solved for this I will file a suite in consumer court for harassment when i a0sk them for sim replacement for same no. in prepaid paln they denied and force me to buy that no. in postpaid plan…..is that how airtel serves his customer.
please provide me a solution for my airtel no. and take a strick action agains your airtel store customer executive
