Text of Complaint by Karthik Kumar Kanukuntla:

  1. i was advised to move from airtel prepaid to postpaid and provides a new sim for 4G and asked to use the new sim once the current sim is deactivated. The sim got deactivated and I used the new sim and it’s not active. Its been 2 days I don’t have the network and can’t use my mobile (ex- for bank transactions OTP required from mobile). I contacted the customer care and they have been asking for another 2 days. I seriously don’t know what to do. I need help to get this resolved by any means. Thankyou
