Image Uploaded by SHRIDHAR LOTLIKAR:I am complaining about the network coverage issue at my residence location from 09/02/2018 but till date the Airtel company is not resolving my issues of fluctuating network coverage, call dropping, voice breaking, no 4g network, and I am able to use the network for 12 hours in 24 hours means out of 30 days I am able to use the network services only for 15 days. Also OPEN NETWORK showing false network coverage at my location. After complaining several times the company is not resolving my issues and also not giving me any discounts or rebates in monthly rentals. It’s now 21 months I am facing these issues and Airtel co. just neglecting it. After complaining several times and no action from customer care , nodal officers, appellate authorities, airtel traicomplaints, Deputy Advisor, TRAI, Ap@trai.gov.in
appellate, no action has been initiated against the my complaints and the Airtel company.Hoping now at least I’ll get justice, either by improvement in network coverage at my location or 50% monthly rental rebate till the issues are being resolved .
Hoping your good self will take necessary action against the company and give me justice.
