I am writing this email with extreme disappointment.
On last Thursday, 28th November I have called airtel to get broadband connection in my new address: 6/12 spring field colony faridabad sector 31
Product payment txn id : 1128309090 of Rs : 500.0 and the CAF no. 0129846873. Both number I got from 121 but when I called your customer care they do not have the details.
I called several times inspection id 1035524823 and 1035797052. Got the call back but no work done.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Please refund my broadband money
