I had ported my four numbers from Airtel to Vodafone through Vodafone sales executive. One of the numbers 9920731374 got activated easily without any delay. For other 3 numbers, the activation link was opened on 12th Nov at 11.40pm and was closed after 1.5 minutes and I was supposed to do the tele verification of the numbers within that time window. This is the feedback I received when called 199 on 13th Nov morning aftra inserting the new sim. Since the s the card is in deactivated state, ands now I have been asked to go to a Vodafone store for doing the verification. This is a pathetic service I received. Following are main concerns
1. The online faulty activation procedure.
2. Expecting completion of verification within 1.5 minutes that to at odd hours 11.40 pm.
3. No customer friendly service
