Text of Complaint by Murali Krishna:

I have purchased a dell laptop on 14 oct, flipkart delivered the product on 19 oct. On the day itself I made a replacement request, as the product is having manufacturing defect.The technician visit date given was 26 oct, but no one from flipkart has contacted me on 26 oct. I called 5 times and wrote mails but my issue was not resolved. Finally on one call flipkart has given the technician visit on 31 oct but no one from flipkart has contacted me on 31 oct.I called on 1 st oct they said we are forwarding the issue and it will be resolved by 2 nd nov. I called on 2 nd novemberthe flipkart customer care said the same your issue is forwarded and resolved by 4 th november.Everytime the date is being breached. Pls resolve my issue.
