Dear, pl take this serious and as urgent..

I am a present Airtel customer, for more than 5 years (previously also I am a customer for more than years). As a misunderstanding I had recharged with 598 Rs/- instead of 599 Rs/- , on feeling some extra features may get even with loss of some days availability etc.,.

Since it is not suitable for me and not sufficient,  I had called Airtel thru mail. They immediately responded, because of some issues I had recharged again with 599 Rs/- . they corrected some problems effected by recharge issue, the refunded the money of 598 Rs/-. Three months gone in proper way.

But while recharged again with 2498 Rs/- (feeling to get rid of continuous problems for a year) again same problem occurs. As they had deducted only money but not the validity, the recharge benefit is to start from 115.05.2021. that means these 54 days the phone may be in idle. Because of this problem even I recharged again it may effect after an a year (420 days later).

I had mailed many times, but no use. Simply a message download airtel thanks app.. (in that app only things available, recharge.. recharge.., if we ask for calls or data simple information, there is no amount simply recharge…). If they feel we have to select only one package at our risk one time, bet never or suppose to change it, simply throw it to us. But they had involved with love but half of the work they had done.

Because I am having only one number it may difficult to me in many ways. All we know the importance of the cell in these days.
