Text of Complaint by J. RAJARAMAN:

I have recharged on 29th June for Rs. 249, ( for the plan of 1.5GB per day ) & on 30th morning my airtel dongle stopped working ( may be consumed – GOK ) once again that day for Rs. 251 paid, for 50GB benefit, recharged, but, now while checking daily i am getting only 1.5GB ( do not know anything about it ) & i am monitoring daily with counter check’s with the help of Airtel App ( on that i am getting all erratic indication’s many many times some times it shows balance 2GB, & next time 1.1GB ), surprisingly today morning i had seen starting itself is 1.4GB, & my mobile data is always in OFF condition during night time,  ‘ There is no one person in india to respond from your end to inform my queries & answer’s,( many a times checked on 121 & on all your useless customer care number’s ) Plz. let me know what happened to related to my Rs. 251 plan 50GB & why that is not at all shown in any of my balance ( due to Work From Home – WFH pressure, we are totally depend dead  on your airtel network, ) & everyone know your network is very very poor & erratically working & not functioning continuously, there is no one in india to answer our issues – all our money is going in drain, ( i know like me many people must have complained – let me have some rare hope from this , someone will see this & is going through this to answer about all my queries ( with all that i can’t say to anyone i will not complete my work because of your great Airtel poor network quality )

Summary : – 1. As per plan 1.5GB not geeting daily, 2. Erratic indication through your App, not able to believe, 3. Rs. 251 – do not know about the 50GB balance 4. have hope some one will call me in my mobile no. 9940183607 /9840182479

plz. note my no.9150828589 has been used in Dongle hence will not be answering  – our call’s & i am at present using all the 3 contact number available of your Airtel.

is there anyone listening for me to help ( let us pray god some one will call / answer properly all my questions )
