1 .I am new to zomato and ordered from it on 29 th july, 2019 and it was a cod order.
Today I wished to order today 31 st july, 2019 and was not able to apply promo code 50 % off as I have rest of 4 orders left for zomatonew promo which says “50 % off on first 5 orders”
And problem is I am applying promo code and it’s saying it’s only applicable for new users and I am a new user to zomato
And I complained to zomato chat support but they said I won’t get 50% off (they didn’t gave specific reason)
- They show something else in ads and give services like this.
- Please take proper action against it. As I believe that I will get justice from you.
