It is a fraud company. I ask all the people not to pay money for the job search in overseas country. No company will repay the money in case if you are not selected for an interview. AVS immigration, Oasis, Y-Axis – everything is fraud. If you are going to pay money to search a job outside india, you need to be ready for burning your hands in the fire. Never fall in a trap. Overseas consultants who ask for money from the candidate is the biggest fraud. They have to get money from the employer only.

I had opt for Arcade Visa Service (AVS) for AIPP process.
I was told by one of their employees, Shailja Pandey that AVS will help me in getting a job in Atlantic region in Canada. She told me that AIPP process takes not more than 6-8 months once I have done all my documentations. I joined their service on her saying and she promised me that they will schedule my interview with 5-6 different companies related to my stream.
I joined their service in September 2021 and initially I paid Rs 5,900 for my profile to get verified if I was eligible to work in Canada. Within 24 hours I got a positive response from them, saying I was eligible. Later they asked me to pay 60,000 Rupees plus GST which comes to Rs 70,800. I decided to pay in two instalments.
I paid my 1st instalment of Rs 41,300 on 20th September 2021. Once the payment was done, we made an agreement for 11 months, and she said within 11 months I will get a job if I crack the interview and fly to Canada. Later I completed all the required documents which I had to submit for this process.
I did my 2nd payment in January 2022 as Shailja was asking me to pay for the process. I got into her talks and made a very big mistake.
From 8th March 2022 till September end, I was waiting and was in a hope that AVS will give me an opportunity to have an interview with any company.
AVS had send my resume to only 7-8 company’s in one whole year and they lied me saying they are still applying to other companies, but never told me which company they are applying to. They told me only 6 companies in which they had applied.
Before giving them the money, Shailja used to call me everyday and later once I paid my full fees, she removed my number as if I was no one to AVS.
My 11 months contract got over but AVS didn’t even lined up 1 interview, and always told me they are working but all this was bullshit.
Later after calling thousands of time, begging them, my dad talked with his boss Akash Lahari, they paid me 36,000. The rest all money they just took.
I would like to say, everyone who are planning to join AVS, please don’t even think of doing that, AVS IS A FRAUD.
1- Akash Lahari – He is the boss of AVS, never pay to him. He doesn’t even understand his client problem, and can never solve our issues.
2- Shailja Pandey – Calling department for you to enrol
3- Shilpa Bhandari – Case Manager, never reply’s you correctly
4- Namit – Same, Case Manager, never reply’s you correctly
5- Bavleen
All these people are the members of AVS, never come in their trap, especially from Shailja Pandey.
Also one of my friend along with me is trap, they aren’t paying money to him as well.
Please be very careful, AVS IS A FRAUD!

AVS immigration this is a fraud company in which Bhim who is the employer is also a number 1 dacoit robber thief sitting who feed their children haraam to their parents and don’t even feel ashamed

As per the contract and the commitment with AVS Immigration. We have already offered you all the Services and fulfilled all the requirements, but unfortunately you were fail to fulfill the requirements by the Employer and when the Contact period was for 11 months only which was over still we gave you the extension of your services without charging a single penny and finally after facing all of your bad behavior towards our employees , as you have shouted on them you scolded them , used very abusive languages(what we can’t speak in public even) for females as well. still we came to a decision to offer you an applicable amount of refund (INR 36000) for a positive relations and for a goodwill with AVS Immigration. because we believe to be respectful and positive behavior towards our client. after all the positive efforts and politeness towards you , what we have got on this platform is really not deserving. Still we are wishing you a good Luck for your Future plans….
