I had placed an order on niyaticloth’s website for a Chaniya choli priced at INR 2599/-. Upon placing the order, I received a WhatsApp message and then a call stating that they would first like to send me only 1 product to ensure that I trust the brand. This made me question them but, as the order was a COD order, I was open to the idea. When I received the order, 2 days earlier than expected, I found a completely different product. I reached out to the WhatsApp Messenger from which all communications were made. After that all my messages and calls were ignored. It seems that I got scammed. Obviously, nobody likes to lose money and I’m not happy about this either. I really don’t know what to do now. I stumbled upon this portal and I landed on a seemingly fraudulent company.

We ordered Chaniya Choli worth of 2499 INR on 19th August.
What we received is 300-400 Rs worth of suit.
We called multiple time, we messaged on WhatsApp multiple times. Only once we received response to send video of product delivered. We sent that video as well. But not received any response after that.
