I received a call today from Amazon stating I was given one time offer to purchase any product of 5000/- and I will get one Confirmed gift item. Gift items were LG fridge, Voltas AC, iPod, iPhone 11 or some more Fridge.
That lady asked me to provide her product information and she will add that to my cart and send me those items within 48 hours.
I told her I want to buy FujiFilm Instax camera worth 5635/- which was deducted from my Paytm wallet.
Later they asked me to pay for GST 11999/- which I again paid through Paytm wallet and they said since I didn’t update GST code they asked me to send 12009/- from Paytm wallet so that within 5 mins they will refund me that total 23998/- amount. Then they asked me to receive 23998/- please maintain a balance of 25000/- in my Paytm account which I did. They hacked my Paytm account and took away my 25000/- later they hacked my Citibank account and took 7500/- stating we will refund you amount. They told me they will refund in 30 minutes but nothing they refunded. I went to Banaswadi police station and told them all this. They asked to complain to Cybercrime. I called Citibank account and deactivated my debit card. They cheated me and took from me almost 62000/-
They called me from Noida I have all the recordings i am also attaching all the funds details and all details they sent me.
Please help me to get me back my hard earned 62000/- which I had kept for my medical treatment.
