Hi,

I want to share my worst experience in VMart Ajmer Store with your customer support person her name is Nisha Dholpuria.

She is very arrogant and rude lady, she don’t have a manner how to handle a customer’s

I bought a products on 5th Aug 2023, Saturday night and i confirmed on cash counter if I have any size issue so can I exchange these products they said yes you can, I had size issue and some products were diffected so I have to exchange these products because I have no choice. I don’t want to return these products because I spent 3-4 hrs to selecting these products and I don’t want to go in a store because I have to start my search again.

but when I came to exchange these products on 6th Aug 2023, Sunday your staff member Nisha Dholpuria said  you can not do this because you bought products which have offers so we cannot exchange your products and she threw our bill from her desk and she threaten us i cancelled your vouchers also i said ok we don’t need the voucher, i bought fresh products that time but she said you cannot do this because of your last purchased bill has offered products and now you are selecting all fresh products and she also said i return your products but you have to pay amount for each product. You have to pay extra amount. other staff members were explaining to him but she misbehaved with her staff members also, she said us read point 5 which board is hang on back side of her seat. So I said her hang this to cash counter and explain your return policy to the customers so they can better understand about this but her talking way is too rude she behaved like she is a owner of a VMart. she insulted us and she shouted us so many times too loudly but we were requesting her we only want to exchange these products we don’t want any offers on this but her behaviour was same, you can also check your camera’s between 6 pm to 6:30 pm, please take strict action against her because if your staff members misbehaves with customers then next time they will not come. “VMart is a brand” and this type of misbehaviour spoiled the brand value.

I bought products from many brands like Reliance Trends, Pantaloons, Max, Cantabil, Peter England, being Human but this kind of misbehaviour I never saw on any place.
some people never complaint and never raise their voices because some don’t know how to do and some are scared.

this is my humble request please take a strict action against her so no one has to face the same situation again.
