Text of Complaint by Nausee Bano:

I get the add on Instagram that Boat earbuds price drop from 1200 to 298 and with gst it will 336. I order 2 earbuds and most of the people order today. But after the deduction of money I did ot get any Shipping mail and message after I checked on Google it showing that it was fraud and most of the people got trapped by this people I have that up I’d where we did the payment and I am attaching that. I want that government take action on her and they submit penalty and 3year of jail in fraud case.

  1. You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
