I bought a queen size Nilkamal bed on flipkart, which was delivered on 20th June, 2023. When the technician from flipkart agency opened the package, one vital supporting was found to be broken. The technician refused to install the bed. So, I raised a return request on 29th June,2023. Return was accepted, but so far pickup of the item not done. I have contacted flipkart customer care several times for Pickup and refund. They postponed the pickup till now and now refusing to respond to my emails to flipkart grievance.
