I have order shoes of nike under product code on (HSN 64029190). Unfortunately, the item I received was damaged and I immediately reported ot to flipkart along with the picture however, return was rejected. I have to repeat this activity 6 times within 15 days. When I tried to do it for 7th time product was already out of return policy. I called to flipkart and asked them to put me with Superior. Call was transferred and no resolution was given. On top of it my account was blocked. This is literally an unprofessional way to deal with situation. I never imagined Flipkart will treat their customer like a fly in the milk. This shoe cost me 3424. I don’t know why in the world I would go pick and pick your platform to buy something. I need my refund as well as the strict action against the superior who dealt with it
