I had purchased Nexqua dew combo fogger fogging machine with order no 404-6868022 from Amazon on the 27th of April 2021. The product had faults in it and never worked from day 1. Then I placed a return pick up and the pick up was scheduled on the 5th of May 2021. No one from Amazon nor Nexqua came to pick up. But after few days someone from Nexqua called me and asked me to try the machine again and send the video on whatsapp, which I did. But still no response. In between I called Amazon twice but still no action has been taken so for. And also my refund has not been initiated so far. I request Consumer forum to look into it and do the needful.
