I purchased a Voltas 1 Ton AC from Flipkart on 18 May, and its installation was completed on 20 May. However, since the day of installation, the AC has not been cooling at all.
From that day onwards, I have continuously contacted both Flipkart and Voltas customer support multiple times, but till now no technician has visited to inspect the AC or identify the issue. Despite repeated calls and complaints, I have not received any proper response or resolution.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with your service. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to file a complaint in Consumer Court regarding this matter.
