I, Hozefa Pithapurwala, took the Airtel WiFi 40MBPS speed plan and paid for 6months( Rs. 5400). I was assured that the connection would be activated the same day (31st May) . However, despite my continuous follow up, it has still not happened. I am extremely disappointed. I am now being assured that it will be done today. If it is not, then I want a full refund.
