My Vodafone contact no. is 9158980888
This is unfortunate that I’m raising a complaint in consumer court as Vodafone customer service is least bother to resolve my issue.
I have been chasing Vodafone customer care for last two months but my issue didn’t get solved. I’m facing issue in internet speed and internet network related issue.
I have mailed to corporate care,nodal officer but didn’t get any response from them eventually I called at nodal desk at 02071717171 but this number is not in service. Also I called at 02071718181 but no response.
Senior supervisor desk Supriya and Rajan was very rude on call and they doesn’t seems to be helpful. I have raised many complaints but my issue didn’t get solved. Everyday I make call customer care and they says that they will resolve the issue within 48 hours but no technical department calls back neither anyone resolves my issue.
Vodafone service is very bad and technical department never calls me and closes my complaint without my consent.
Please do take care of my complaint and deal with Vodafone seriously. High priority is expected. It is very pathetic and mind disturbing that I’m paying postpaid bills on time but yet I’m not receiving a good service as expected and promised by vodafone service provider.

I got a call from capatique services .
It is fraud company . I send my all data but after getting the information about company . I blocked all the contacts and add to blacklist. Sir i am little bit confused that i send my all data to him. But comoany is fraud. And now i am very tensed about it.
