Text of Complaint by Rohinee Joshi:

New sim card taken as old lost for no 9833131491 from vodafone gallery at vile parle e subhash road. All documents given but till date card is not activated and they are sending wrong mails saying card is active, etc. Alternate numbers already shared and others are able to reach me except vodafone people. Assist to solve on priority. Today visited same gallery but systems were down and manager also not in.
