Text of Complaint by Harish:

  1. I bought a vodafone prepaid sim card and paid 400 rupees for recharge in a mini store in Hosa road junction.
  2. It was not activated even after 24 hrs, when I called the customer care I realized that they have given me a blocked sIm.
  3. I again went to the same mini store and the guy gave me a different sim card and he told me that 400 recharge will apply within 24 hours however it was not applied even after 48 hrs. On calling the customer care, I again realised that they have not yet recharged for 400 rupees and I again need to visit the minI store. The minI store is 5 kms from my home and I’m visiting it for 3rd time just to activate a prepaid sim card.
  4. Store managers phone number is 7829883151, he promised me that issue will be resolved in 24 hrs but he doesn’t pick the call when I try to call him
