Text of Complaint by SAMSUNG INDIA:

On dated 15.08.2023, I purchased a TV Model – SAMSUNG PANELS – HD – UA32T4390AKXXL from Patra Electronics, Jajpur Road, Jajpur, Odisha, Tax Invoice No – JPR/IN/23/02421, with the understanding that the installation would be completed within 72 hours of delivery. Regrettably, it has now been over 72 hours since the delivery was made, and the installation of the TV is yet to be completed.
This delay has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I had made the purchase with the expectation of enjoying my new TV promptly, but the delay in installation has not only disrupted my plans but has also eroded the trust I had placed in your brand. As a customer, I believe that timely service is a crucial aspect of any product purchase, and the current situation has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.
Given the aforementioned circumstances, I am left with no option but to request a refund for the purchased TV. The continuous delay in installation and the lack of responsiveness from your end have shaken my confidence in your brand. I believe that if a new product is causing this level of trouble, then it is indicative of potential issues that might arise in the future. I cannot afford to invest in a product that comes with such challenges and uncertainties, especially when it comes to technical problems that might arise down the line.
I kindly request that you process the refund for the TV purchase and arrange for the product to be picked up from my premises at your earliest convenience. I expect a full refund of the purchase amount, including any additional charges that might have been incurred.
I understand that technical glitches and delays can occur, but it is crucial for a reputable company like yours to address and resolve such issues promptly. I hope that you take this matter seriously and work towards ensuring that other customers do not face similar inconveniences in the future.
I urge you to take immediate action to address this situation and provide a prompt resolution..
